Richard and Paul are both experienced Kundalini Yoga practitioners accredited as teachers by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and are members of the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA). They completed their training with the Amrit Nam Sarovar School of Kundalini Yoga in the UK and France. Their personal experience has shown that with regular practice, Kundalini Yoga can build a strong and healthy body and help develop the tools and attitude to deal with the increasing pace of everyday life. They are both committed to sharing these ancient teachings at regular classes, workshops and retreats.

Richard Cattell, a qualified mental health practitioner, graduated from Oxford University in 1996 and has worked in variety of roles in the field of mental health. He has an interest in extending the benefits of Kundalini Yoga to people experiencing mental and emotional distress alongside other more traditional approaches.

aul Bolton has worked in the Community Voluntary Sector for over 15 years with experience of developing and managing support services for people with mental health issues, drug and alcohol dependency and homelessness in the South of England. Paul has an interest in assisting people to manage work related stress using Kundalini Yoga techniques.
