Classes will be guided by a qualified teacher using movement, breath and sound to provide a fantastic workout for your physical body and a welcome tonic for your soul! Powerful meditation techniques will allow you to grow and become aware of the attitudes, behaviours and habits which can hold you back from the life you want, or were born to live. Kundalini Yoga is designed to give you a hands on experience of your highest consciousness.

We want Kundalini Yoga to be accessible to all - attend a class, put in the effort and watch its positive effect for the rest of the week. We offer regular Kundalini Yoga classes in Bath, Frome and Westbury. We also offer workshops, retreats and private tuition to individuals or small groups.
